Av Construction LLC is a licensed and insured company . Tony Valdes, founder and owner, is a licensed contrator (Lic#CBC1257599) and has been in construction for 17 years. Six of those years working as a custom home builder, building homes from 2500 sq ft up to 9000 sq ft. Overseeing and supervising the aspects of the home build from the ground up. Tony is experienced in, but not limited to, tiling, framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing and concrete work.

Chris Perez, Project Manager, has been in construction for 25 year. He is an expert in tile, marble, stucco and concrete work. Most of his 25 years have been as a project manager for several well known builders in the Tampa Bay Area such as Don Hughes in David Island.

Combined we have 42 years of construction industry experience. We specialize in custom home rebuilds, remodeling and additions. There is no job too big or small. We pride ourselves in paying extreme attention to detail.
